Jack's Kitchen - Surbiton

The food was good. To the outside they see the place would be good....as always the inner boring is boring, no windows, no sees, the average clientele seem very common and loud, the personal was young and not very well trained. it seemed to be little enthusiasm and energy to provide a great service. eating was a redemption factor. it could be quite different!

As usual, jacks place delivered an excellent meal and the service was absolutely excellent. Unfortunately, it seemed a large amount in which the ambiente was somewhat changed, but they had a good time and seemed a decent group.

Eating is really good. the service and the ambiente are terrible. long waiting times and no effort in services or customer relationships

Nice eating! a little expensive for what it is, but very nice and tasty eating with fast service

There seemed to be little enthusiasm and energy to provide a great service. The food was the one redeeming factor. It could be completely different!!
