Nordic Coffee - Surabaya

Nordic is quite popular among the coffeeholic since one of their barista won IBRC last year. However, I am quite disappointed with the quality of the beverages especially their matcha. Since I love matcha, I found the essence is too strong and felt not right, so I did not even finish it. They should use better quality matcha powder considering the price was not cheap too. Actually for the cappuccino was not bad, but nothing special too and might be because my expectation was too high before. The other thing was I smelled something bad like drainage when I entered the second floor.

The coffee is good. The place is cozy. It's cool to hangout with your friends here. But it's fine for you to studying or working too because it's not too noisy here. Oh and it have a smoking and non smoking room too.

Proper coffee, above standard. Unlucky that I didn’t get to meet the brew champs (runner up). Could use improvement in decor. Replace some fake plants with real ones Remove the unnecessary wall stickers that makes the room looks cheapo Cleaner toilet But then again, just a suggestion. If that’s the concept, go ahead

Cozy place to have a coffee and snacks, also good place to hang out with friends Located on the second floor of barber shop, I believe they don't have wheelchair access here The price quite expensive but the food tastes good

All staff are friendly. I ordered truffle fries and honey latte even though its a lil bit too sweet for me. They also have indoor smoking room. Perfect place to hangout or work from cafe
