Bidrage med feedbackWe went to Goldilocks to buy a cake for our baby reveal. We chose the Choco Tres Leches 8 cake and while I was in line, the staff asked me if I wanted something written on it, which was great! And here is when it got messed up.After they got our cake for writing, we waited for like 20-25 minutes before it finally came out. I also just wanted to point out that after we have waited for like 15 minutes, we followed up with one of the staff (there was no line at the time), and all she said was Lalabas din yun and did not even bother checking in the kitchen for the status of the cake. When the cake went out, the writing was only slightly readable! And when we complained, they blamed us that the cake we chose is really not something they would write on. And so we told them that we didn 't know and that someone actually asked us if we want something written on it. And their response was hindi naman kayo nagtanong eh . We were shocked enough that we just let it go and paid for it as we are there for half an hour already for a cake. And as expected, my parents were not able to read it when we showed them. Really messed up our baby reveal.I also worked in a bakeshop before and we do suggestive selling. We tell the customers if a cake is not okay to be written on, and then we suggest for other cakes. It was foolish of us to expect the same I guess. We won 't be coming back here on this specific branch (Concord). Totally different from our good experience on the Milpitas branch, from where the staff are really great.
Previously came and food was great!!!! Today, I was very disappointed. The shanghai lumpia tasted like cardboard and the pork inside was dried out, the suatanghoon noodles did not have any egg and was just bland and cold, and the pancit palabok was also cold and oily, and just was not flavorful.Won’t come back again. It’s too bad, used to be so good.Food- 1Service- 3Vibe- 2.5

Desserts are really good. Shortbread cookies (cookies n cream, ube, original, and rice crisp) great deal and melt in your mouth. Frozen sylvana really good too. Cake layers with fruit and cream really good too. And coconut pie so good. Lumpia is really great and empanadas good too. I've had pork adobo, bistek tagalog, and another dish with pork. Lunch is best time to go.
You should be ashamed of yourself forcing people to give tips when paying for their purchase. Their machine asked for 18%, 15%, 12% tips. There is no option to bypass or enter none. The older woman who rang up my purchase of frozen lumpia, leche flan, and Buko pandan told me to enter a tip. I clicked custom and entered $0 and she got an attitude. What did you do to deserve a tip? I literally bought bakery items. Shame on you!!!!
