Vegetarian options: Vegetarian fajitas were very good. Salsa is great. Catalina margaritas were devine!

It was a busy Saturday night but we were able to get a table fairly quickly. However, the waiting began after we were sat. Took forever to order drinks: an incredibly long time to get our drinks, and to get our food felt like an eternity. Unfortunately, the wait was far from worth it. The food was terrible; bland, overcooked, and unappealing in every way. The only thing that was worth a recommendation was the salsa flavorful with a slight kick. EDIT: Response to owners reply, aaaahhhhh El Caporal, We have a BAD problem: as of this morning, our entire party that ate there last night has been sick to our stomachs. But you will probably claim I’m reviewing the wrong restaurant. The fact that you were busy may explain the wait, but it doesn’t explain how bad the food was. And for the record, I grew up in New Mexico and South Texas. This gringo is familiar with Mexican food and I’ve never had worse than last night at your restaurant. It may benefit you by not being so condescending and defensive in your replies. It certainly doesn’t endear people to your business.

The Tacos Al Carbon is freakin' delicious and Their salsa has good flavor with plenty of heat!

Waited for over 20 minutes after being seated and no one came to take an order, we then flagged someone down and still no one came
