Chili's Grill - Sunrise

Food and service were pretty good. The two for $25 was eliminated with a newer form of 3 for $10, but Entrees are different price, with a burger is favorable. From now on, I would stick with the drinks that are paired with the food options, or you can have a family restaurant bill that is a bit expensive. Our burgers were ordered and well cooked, like our chips, guacamole and salsa. Our server was nice. The problem is food inflation, and a dinner for two at Chili, that was reasonable, but not cheap, and approach what you would spend in other family chains.

The food was good and the service was okay... The busboy spilled the chips and salsa all over my son and my husband's new sneakers. Clean up was quick and fast! They were very apologetic about the Oooooops! They was no line waiting. And besides the spill there was no problems , food was nice and hot!!! and steak was good.

From the moment I arrived and sat at the bar, I was provided excellent service and food. The quality and portions, for the price, cannot be beat! I'll be back in 2 weeks for an additional 2 week stay, and I am sure that I'll be returning! Later that evening, when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed that I'd been over charged. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. Without a second's hesitation, he apologized and instead of refunding the $2.99 overcharge, he emailed me a $10 gift card!!! This alone showed me just how much this company, and specifically this location, are all about great customer service. When I want quick, affordable, tasty food and great service, this is where I will go!!! My new GO TO Ft Lauderdale place!!!

It's been a while since my last visit, and this time I decided to try one of the new burgers on the menu—the Secret Sauce Burger. I'm still trying to uncover the mystery behind the sauce, but I can say it was delicious. Overall, my experience at Chili was excellent this evening. My group and I were seated right away, and our server promptly took our orders.

The restaurant was fantastic! The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was, as always, delicious. I ordered the floorless chips, salad, and soup. At $9, it’s a pretty good deal, but you definitely have to enjoy salad and soup, haha. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning soon!
