Entertaining food presentation with a sizzling start and decent service. Dine-in is the best way to watch your spectacular meal sizzle away in a hot plate. Highly recommend the rib eye with garlic butter. Chips are served fresh and food presentation is lovely. Good atmosphere and gets busy during dinner times. The ordering process is a self-serve booth, take a table number, and enjoy the food.

Ordered the Vegetarian Pasta and taste is not what the 1 star is for.

Overly complicated ordering system. Really unhelpful staff. Overly salty and over priced. Service was slow and meals for the table came out all over the place and ages apart. Will never be returning saving grace chips weren't too bad and chicken was ok but not enough to save it from one star.

The ordering process was a bit confusing, greasy machine and menu, overpriced soft drinks for a plastic cup. Pepper rice meal was ok but Steak and chips were good. Worth a try but need improve cleanliness and services

Pepper lunch is one of those childhood food places I always remember from my childhood in asia and this definitely tastes like my memories! The only thing is that the price is definitely higher than my memories still worth it imho though. My one gripe is that the ordering screens can lag and become unresponsive a couple of times during the order process and can be frustrating. Also, may I suggest a hand sanitizer next to the screens please?
