The Globe - Sunderland

Was close to laundry to do on a Sunday and stopped to wait a pint for the dry cycle. big pub and owner (ean) was a good talk. he was more places in America than I lived there. left with a bottle of jack daniels as a store. to the globe hotel!

Great pub and very friendly staff/local. we were here in the hotel rooms upstairs at night, would definitely go back.

So friendly they feel good, both personal and customers/patrons had a real laugh

Great little hotel, shared bathroom is usually a no no for me but it was cheap and handy for the venue I was going to, the reviews were great but it surpassed my expectations even with a stag party in residence, brilliant, would definitely stay again

We are out-of-towners who just needed somewhere to kill of couple of hours. The globe didn't disappoint. Lovely pint, warm atmosphere and friendly locals and staff. Thanks
