Pizza Hut Express - Sumter

The pizza was ok, the breadsticks were awful (see the picture), they were out of the kind of wings we wanted, the wait was extremely long and they said the card machine was out of order and I needed cash. When I came back others were paying with cards. That makes no sense.

Placed order online, money taken from my account, order shows up on my account but guess what!!?!?NO DELIVERY NO FOOD AND NO WAY YO GET A HOLD OF THEM!!!! Never again.

Every time I come to this Pizza Hut they never get my order correct and they have to remake it. It says my order is ready and I stand there for another 15 mins and just for them to tell me I cannot get my food. When I finally get my food, the way they cut the pizza is not equal in the slightest I would be better off getting my pizza without any cuts. It's like they don't even care about what they are doing back there. Now believe me, I have been to a lot of pizza hut's because I lover there pizza but this place is crazy. Something need to be done here. Im gonna put two stars because at least I got my food on the second attempt and not the third.

Absolutely Ridiculous! I called in an order. I waited the allotted time they told me. I came through the drive-through to pay for my order, and after I paid, they told me my order is not ready and can you come back in 15mins or come through the drive-through again. I would have NEVER paid for my order if they told me once I pulled up that my order would take another 15mins. They took my money first and then said come back later. Ridiculous

The worst pizza in Sumter. Set on cardboard crust with flavorless cheese and toppings. Picked it up and people were in another world. No customer service. Could not even get name correct. Poor selection and not a quality product.
