Pizza Hut - Sumter

After the Pizza Hut app crashed 5 times was finally able to order a pizza, drove here to pick it up and someone was in line ahead of me at the drive up pickup window. Waited 15 minutes and I left. I called and asked why it was taking so long to pickup an order and was told that the person had ordered and was waiting for their food. If you're going to let people order at the pickup window then you're screwing over everyone else that ordered ahead, why would I or anyone else wait that long for a cold pizza? Do better Pizza Hut because this is not the way to do business

Took 20 minutes to get the food. Workers all seemed confused and didn't know when orders would be ready.

Called to ask a simple delivery question as their app wasn’t helpful and I was put on hold for 5+ minutes then hung up on before anyone could answer my question!

Tried the melts for the first time and loved it. Definitely should try this.

The girls working at the time were so unprofessional . And acted so stupid. I will never order from there again. Monday Oct. 16,between 6:00 7:00
