Dunkin' - Sumter

I drive about 25 minutes to the Dunkin' donuts to can donuts 2 to 3 times a week. The staff here are always friendly and the orders are accurate.

I went through the drive-thru and pulled up to the speaker and waited 5 minutes before someone took my order. I pulled up to the window to pay and waited another 5 minutes because they had to go grab change. Then I was asked to pull up and they will bring me my food (it was only one sandwich) the wait was too long so I went inside and still had to wait and when they handed me my bag there was not a receipt and bo napkins so I asked for the receipt and no one provide me it to me as I was waiting for it I was totally ignored…I waited a total of 20 minutes and was late to work..this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many…it’s always something with this store..

They have signs outside saying that their dining room is open, but the doors are closed every time I came by. what is the point of having an app that allows them to order before the time to sit in the same long running gear thru line anyway. I refuse to visit this place again. it is sad how much business they are loosing due to this

The coffee was excellent, but the donuts were chilly and tough.

I ordered delivery through DoorDash and received a call saying they were out of donuts. I tried calling the restaurant directly multiple times but no one picked up. This lack of response and service was disappointing.
