Cook Out - Sumter

They have the most amazing shakes. Service usually moves pretty quickly and staff is cordial enough. I like the cheese bites but not a big fan of their entrees.

Went by on Saturday July 2nd to get my granddaughter a milkshake. Waited in line 16 minutes! When I got to window and asked how I was I said I was better before I waited 16 minutes for a milkshake! She never said I am sorry, we are busy.... just got anattitude with me! Was a very poor representative of Cook Out. Won't be back to that cook out!

Not only was it impossible to place an order because the static we couldn't understand the girl. she also had no knowledge about the menu and was rude when we reached the window of the precious. to make the things worse, it was disgusting! She forgot our drink and hit her window with a nasty look on her face! this place is a dirty landfill with small children who cook you!

Two stars because of service! if they are the owner of this Burger joint, they do one like and go randomly through the drive-thru as they are just a normal customer on their lunch break. I love cooking that eating is in the rule on the point as it was this time, but some of their associates, I am sure to do their work, to the best of their ability when they look over their shoulders, in the minute they are not watching them will not care. they can hardly hear about the Intercom speaker, which makes communication extremely difficult to start.
