Papa Johns Pizza - Summerville

Have ordered from them several times,grandson and friends love their pepperoni! They got the last order incorrect,asked for thin crust,didn't get it.Thin crust only offerred on large pizza,family not always in need of a Large for the variety of choices,is only complaint. Employees patient and professional.

He delivered a pizza that wasn’t edible , it was soggy and made wrong they said they would refund me but that’s not the point it a very bad experience .

Why do y'all even offer contactless delivery if NONE of the drivers respect that? I've gave y'all multiple chances, and 3x now have had the driver still ring the doorbell and just stand/wait for us to answer for CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. I don't care about Covid and all that... but my dogs freak out and I have food delivered late while people are sleeping. I've gave y'all too many chances now. Dominos has never once rang the doorbell when I ask them not to... no more orders from this location.

First of all I just want to say I don’t recommend eating here. For 1, the delivery man didn’t have change for 2 20 dollar bills that equals forty and the man on the line clearly he said he had the change. But No. And 2nd, you don’t serve someone hard dried up pizza it’s dried up on the crust and the pizza itself. Is hard too from bottom. Cookie pizza? Same way it’s very hard like rock you can’t even press down on it. I don’t usually order from this location but never again

Tried placing an order on the phone and got disconnected. Drove to the business to complete the order and my order was still on the computer but I didn't receive a call back to complete the order. I only ordered bc my son received a certificate from school. I will not order from here again....
