Kfc - Summerville

The person taking the orders today did not pay attention to the order family Chicken mealwith the largest coleslaw they have she says comes with 3 containers, the chicken was very tender but very salty not sure what other seasonings if any this time. wanted extra biscuits got those but we got home with 1 small coleslaw container and 2 mashed potatoes and brown gravy .We don't eat potatoes and we don't eat the brown gravy to salty prefer the white country gravy they used to sell all the time! Needless to say $38.00 of not the right order later .

Wish KFC still had the buffet but will always love the peppered recipe and extra crunchy chicken KFC snackers and the bowls. Not as affordable as they used to be but thats ok I just come here less often now.

I often order from other restaurants using apps but this was my first time using KFC's app. I like how it walked you through adding your selections to your meal. I didn't find my usual fill-up meal but that may have been because I wasn't at my regular one. Overall, I had a great experience using the app and picking up my order.

Favorite spot to grab KFC. Chicken is always crispy to my liking and the drive thru service is fast.

The chicken tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for a couple or more days. The chicken was dried out and tough. Got a three piece, took a bite out of each piece and had to throw it all away. KFC your customers deserve better. I wasted $10.00 of my hard earned money.
