Chick-fil-a - Summerville

Thank you Jennifer for your follow up. We love this location and have always had stellar service here. We go to this location way too much but today we received the worst customer service experience. We got in line at 10:24 they serve breakfast until 10:30 and they didn’t have workers in the drive thru line today (probably bc it’s cold out) and it took until 10:32 to get to the speaker to order. The menu was still on breakfast they had not flipped it and they wouldn’t serve us breakfast. I guess we won’t be going back if they can’t honor the menu they have up.

This place was so awesome! We were traveling thru and had no money and were super hungry and they went out of their way to provide 3 meals to hungry weary travelers and still provided superb customer service.....would highly recommend them if ur in the mood for chicken and waffle fries!!!

Always fast friendly service. I wish more businesses, not just fast food, would step up to their level of customer service.

I am not even going to put into this message exactly what they just did for me, because I don't want everyone taking advantage of it. However, I cannot even explain how amazing the customer service was for me today! Thank you so much, Chick-fil-A. You are absolutely amazing! Seriously, the best customer service I have ever experienced!

They rock!!!!!! The best people and the best service!!!!!!! I go there so much they know me by name.....thanks to all of them for being great!!!!!
