Had to ask them to add more lettuce three times…….it’s like they are trying to use the least amount as possible. Two foot long sandwiches and only two cheap napkins. The bread on my wife’s sandwich was hard as a rock…….no way it was baked today…..it had to be several days old. Plus, they don’t honor coupons.
This subway does not follow the new guidelines on honoring coupons. The manager says it's because theyre and independently owned store. Under subways corporate demands all stores should honor digital and paper programs for coupons. I don't suggest anyone go here ever. The employees are rude and very aggressive when trying to utilize your coupons. Also if you do decide to go here and they don't honor your coupon I suggest calling corporate and reporting it as soon as possible. Maybe they'll get the hint.
Let me start by saying I am an educated woman with a Master’s degree. However, it does not take a degree to know how to comprehend a coupon and the expiration date. This is my first negative review to ever write, due to being a generally, happy-go-lucky person. If there was an option for zero stars, I would click it. HORRIBLE customer service! I come into this subway weekly, and have dealt with one worker in the past who was extremely rude and rushed everyone to tell him what they wanted. I have not seen him in a while and it seemed that maybe they were under new management, as many Subways are. Well, today I had an experience there that was unlike any other. I handed the woman my coupon that said the words “Expires 10/1/23.” She proceeded to tell me that because it said the word “Expire” on it, that it was expired. I am attaching a picture of the coupon so that everyone will know. Obviously, I do not need the extra few dollars that my coupon would have saved, but this time, it’s the principal of the matter. If there is a manager that would reach out to me, I would be happy to discuss my experience in detail.
Terrible!! If I was the owner of this franchise I would be so embarrassed by the service of the employees!!
