Gasthaus Thiermann - Sulingen

Super service and friendly staff. Cosy location for anyone who likes it rural.

We were with the detective yesterday.The play was good. Soup was okay. Salad too little for 11 tables a 6 people there were 4 bowls, in each other. Two types of meat. Unfortunately dry and the pork roast too salty. The red cabbage was inedible.The Bavarian cream was much too thin and not cooled. For 60 euros plus drinks this was a real naughty. We go to eat a lot and know what quality is. This was just about making fast money. Too bad.

Great disappointment! we ordered out of the house and picked up the food before the place. personal has been kind. but we didn't find that good. the jägerschnitzel was in champignon cream sauce soaked dear family thiermann: extra packings are not beautiful, but less beautiful it is also when the carving completely softens through the whole sauce and then only tastes after a pulp. a scavenger must be beautiful golden brown baked what I had eaten, had nothing to do with a scavenger sorry! also dosenbier and not to take fresh champignons is weak. the buttery was ok, but I expect fresh carrots too, no one has a problem with it when you take 50 cent more. but for carrots from the dose I don't go out eating! the pommes were in order, there is nothing to say. Conclusion: pricey ok, but I would like to pay 1 2 euro more to get some fresh stuff. I recommend packing the sauce separately, so the scavenger was almost inedible. the food was unfortunately at a low level and was not satisfactory. please see this as a criticism to optimize things and not as a job damage or insult. I know you can do better.

The guest house Thiermann is a classic guest house, with a festive room and a beautiful outdoor complex. We were there for a celebration, the evening buffet was very delicious and varied. The drinks were also served on the fly. A round evening. Unfortunately, breakfast could not stop there, little choice and it was also not relocated. Overall but a nice stay, with good P/L ratio
