Taco Bell - Sugar Land

Still the best deal in down for fast food. However, the last time I went there, they ran out of rice and beans. That's like 80% of your menu.Service is usually excellent and they are quick.

Rushed service, asked for a minute to decide on food then they continued to ask me several times within 10 seconds if I'm ready to order yet.Proceeded along with my order, quesadilla was not cut, orderd 2 large freezes, ended up getting regular sized. Before leaving I asked if these were large cups, which she then confirmed they were. I received regular sized drinks and was charged for large drinks. Be weary with these individuals, they're non-caring and do no appreciate having a position at this taco bell. Seems like they were in a rush to get me, the only customer out of the drive-thru only to get on their phone and do nothing. Good job TacoBell, thanks for scamming me out of my money with your shady hires.

This is the worst taco bell location. I ordered a few burritos on sunday Aug. 27 at 9:20pm. Both of my burritos were cold, the shredded cheese inside my beefy melt burrito wasnt even melted, thats how cold the burritos were, usually it doesnt take much heat for cheese to melt. Completely unacceptable. Management is at fault for hiring cooks that arent willing to do their job correctly. How do you serve cold fast food?they only had 2 cars in drive thru...

I love Taco Bell, however, this location has let me down a couple of times. Last year, while dining with my friend, we saw a large dead cockroach on the floor next to our table. Yesterday, I ordered a breakfast wrap, but inside it was missing a crucial ingredient: the hash browns. This isn't the worst TB, but it could be better.

This location is a let down for a couple of reasons one being the slush machine is consistently broken. Also, this location has an annoying habit of forcing people to use the self order kiosks. It's great that the option is there, but I observed several people wanting to order at the counter and ask questions about the food but the employees just directed them to the kiosks. Another thing is that repairs take a long time, as noted in the bathroom faucet which has been broken for a long time. The food itself is average and the interior is quiet and usually not busy.
