Just left MOD and I love MOD it’s my first time coming to this location since I transferred to UH Sugar Land. There was a young man in the front I didn’t get to get his name but he was great he seemed to be Hispanic tall stature and built with glasses and a beard. He was the only one making the orders. He had to also fire the pizzas and charge us. There was two other employees that appeared to be hiding in the back they did not come out to help not even when new people would come in. There was a lady that came to pick up an online order and it was not prepared. She was upset, but they could have checked and done it instead of hiding in the back. I stayed there to eat and asked more customers came in. They only had the same guy working they were just coming in and out of the back doing pretty much nothing. It really upset me because it seemed like they were taking advantage of the guy that was working really hard. When they should be a team. Props to the guys doing all the work, I’m sorry for becoming impatient with you it’s not your fault that your team doesn’t like to help.
