Mod Pizza - Suffolk

I have been missing out. Where has MOD Pizza been all my life! If you are a pizza lover, this is the place to be. The topping choices are endless. I may be a little exaggerated, but I felt like a kid in a candy store. Service was exceptional and was explained how to order as a first timer. Bottom Line. If you have not tried MOD Pizza you are obviously missing out. ?

First time here the service was great and the 2 guys I interacted with were great at helping me with the options. Second time there were younger people working and the service was awful. One guy wouldn't make eye contact as he cut the pizza, never spoke to me and rolled his eyes when he closed the boxes before I could mention I wanted sauce on top of my pizza. And the lady preparing the pizza put the toppings on it in one spot i had to ask her to spread it out. Next time I'll only be coming in when it's early to receive better service.

Customer service sucked! I was the first customer there and they were already out of certain toppings I wanted.. They guy making my pizza wasn?t listening and loaded garlic chives on my pizza when I told him I didn?t ask for them he started picking them off one by one leaving chunks still on there.. When I walk back into the store they tell me Sir we had to remake your pizza because it got stuck in the oven! And last but not least.. HOLY MOLY DONUT SHOP!! FLY CENTRAL!! Many flies and knats were everywhere. I will never eat there again. I wish I could rate a 0 star!

Friendly staff, fast service and good food! Went back again. Very consistent!

As a person with celiac I was fully prepared to NOT eat here safely. But, to my shock, I actually had a great pizza!! All my thanks to the wonderful manager James. He went so far out of his way to ensure I didn't get sick. He personally handled my pizza from start to finish. He looked up ingredients to see if they were safe. He used a new ladle and pizza cutter. He cooked my pizza on a clean pan so it wouldn't touch the paddle. He pulled all my ingredients and sauce from below the main line so none of it had been cross contaminated. This was my very first time ever eating MOD and bc of him I will add it to my list of favorite pizza places! Gluten free crust was also really good! But I don't really know what a gluten crust tastes like so there's that lol.
