Mcdonald's - Suffolk

The intake person was very short on patience. However, the person who gave us food was very friendly and polite.

This McDonalds is the ABSOLUTE worst drive thru is always packed, app orders take forever to get to you, there is never any kind of order or urgency to move the lines. Avoid this McDonald’s if at all

Been waiting for my food for a while and all I can hear from the back is people yelling and laughing. Can't tell if they're angry or having a blast back there. I can tell however that the 15 people waiting at the counter are not pleased.

Slow service. Had a mobile order and did counter pick up because the drive thru line is usually very slow. I walked in no one spoke to me for 15 minutes. While I was waiting 3 doordash people were able to get there orders and go, a lady finally came to the register and spoke to a person behind me, then told another person they had to order at the kiosk. I continued to wait for my 1 sandwich order. Another lady came up and said my name and then told me she called my name a long time ago. I said I've been standing here for a long time. She told me I must have just paid. I said no, I paid before I got here, it's a mobile order. She never apologized or anything. I hate this location. Always an issue with the service.

Literally THEE worst McDonald’s!! I will gladly make the drive to Holland Rd just to have quality food. They take forever to bring curbside deliveries and I was even told to come inside to get the order when I waited 30 mins for order and called to check on it. They didn’t have orange hi-c so they brought orange soda without even asking what I would like ?. I have had problems at every time of the day…Breakfast sandwich was ice cold during morning rush hour. Door dash orders are always wrong. Seriously needs new management!!!!
