Purchased special fire hamburger to day. bun was soggy, lettuce was wilted, burger was dry-way over cooked. SERVICE FROM AMY was EXCELLENT . Worst burger I have had at Montana's. Something to talk about.

Waitress seemed to be in outer space and did not listen to one of our guests as to how she needed her steak prepared, as she has extreme allergies. We asked for cutlery and it never came till we asked someone else. My beef rib was good and so were the faitas. The steak for my guest was cooked with barbecue sauce and we had specified it could only have salt and pepper and needed to cooked in a clean unused pan due to allergies. Fortunately we caught the mistake and sent it back had them redo the steak properly. This could have been deadly for our guest.
