It seems that every Kyo Chin experience is a long one. Must be my luck. But, personal recommendation is to only come here when you have Alot of time to kill and are not hungry.

Thankfully food is still decent but the service for this outlet is very very poor. Unlike the times before covid, no more gloves, tissue pack etc. They have changed the ordering system to be done over the counter instead of table. They have increased the store size but service is really slow due to insufficient workers. Would definitely not recommend this outlet. Other kyochan outlets have much better service. For this price, there are also many other options available.

Super slow! At first you will be informed that your order will be late about 20-30 minutes because the chicken will be cook once order received. (he said we are not fast food) But the thing is, we have to wait for about 1 hour to get 12 pcs of chicken. Best part is the chicken all cold. Is like been cooked long time already and it is not fresh. So overall it is not about order received then only you cook. Other restaurant also same like that la. The only things is to improve your service. Bad service and very slow.

Freaking small chicken pieces. Service wise this place is not great. Ordering online is something new, however Kyochon does not provide proper descriptions of each food. All description is truncated, and when clicked order is placed instead of showing full description of each order. Not great. Drop to 1 star. Very slow services. 50 mins to get mixed 20 piece ready. Customer service blunder. Even an empty table receive their chicken earlier than our table. Plain idiotic service level.

Before we get our seat, we were told that the estimated time for our order will be at least one hour, but it turns out that less than 30 minutes when we are inside. You may not want to accept many customers at a time, not because of SOP, but because we dine in dinner (about 7PM) and they are about to close the restaurant.
