I always try to give restaurants which specialize in local flavors the benefit of the doubt. Culture, particularly in terms of food, is a wonderful thing. However, there’s a couple reasons why I have to give this restaurant only an average rating. First, there was...a mixup on our waiters which caused a bit of a delay at the beginning of our meal. However, the biggest issue is that this is a place that specializes in cuts of meat. However, out of three orders involving meat, two of the three were seriously undercooked. If you’re going to specialize in cuts of meat, you definitely need to know how to cook them. One thing I really liked about this location was the fact that had live harp music.
