Bidrage med feedbackAfter a long time here finally a small update to my last entry, which I can confirm in content. in the regular 1.2 times in the year there, was visited last night again (06.10.2021 times without reservation. it is to enjoy the theke (the cozy local offers only a maximum of 50 table places. the choice from the extensive weekly card fell on calfscunge in cream sauce, butter noodles and mixed salad and calf with roasted coffee (each 13,80). both tasty, well cut food came after a short waiting period. always freshen the mix salad with particularly tasty Swabian potato salad. only the creamy sauce was a bit too thin for my taste. the bratkartoffels were wonderfully rotated and the lush part of the sweet in a hearty, dark sauce as tender as they wish. (so calbsnieren: if any are present at all, I only know them in the upscale gastronomy with appropriate ingredients handpicked and then praise them quite differently! for lovers a pleasure!

A secret tip of the Swabian cook. for me it is the best swirled roasts of the city, Swabian cuisine of the top class. a culinary highlight. the price is correct. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very small, so should a place be reserved in front, wait longer is worth it here. the hats in gablenberg is not after the gourmet part of the city, he is one of his pearls.

Very original classic restaurant in the heart of the Stuttgart East. Here the petty-bourgeois Swabian classics are still prepared with love and heart blood. Very delicious! If you want to have a place, you should also book under the week!
