The renovation was already very successful, and the room now looks even brighter and brighter than before. So Mr Klink has a good hand in the kitchen. The evening begins with the obligatory Leekquiche and we are comfortable covered with a service that leaves no wishes open and always there when it fits. The relaxed atmosphere accompanies us through the pleasures of the gears and I could put alone for the lenses in the kitchen to immediately conquer any rest in the pot. Everything is on the point whether it is the fish or the calf, whether it is a chicken wing that makes the Un-Wort Chicken Wing so beautifully different, or what else happens to our eyes, noses and tongues in the evening. The crowning conclusion is the cheese plate, which is always wonderfully compiled by Eva Klink, which is only worth the narrow march on the Wielandshöhe and a dessert in which you want to sit smoothly. Since I like to drink wine, but I don't really know, I found the appropriate recommendation very suitable. Everything in all remains a wonderful evening, a gift from all in the kitchen and service for us guests in memory. The desire to drink pasta or broth every day is accompanied by these lines. We'll be back.
After a long break we were back at the Wielandshöhe. Some things never change happily. The Wielandshöhe was and is simply great and fulfills one with joy! To enjoy the 4-course menu, plan a lot of time.
Very good ambience, very attentive and competent service. Nice dressing of dishes without 'cuckles'. Just delicious. Great view from the terrace to Stuttgart. Very recommended.
I had a 5-course menu and the individual dishes were good, but from the star kitchen I expect a little more. The stone butt was perfect and also tastefully very good, with the 2 mouth full mini wings from the black horn, the olives were too dominant for me, the roe was boiled to the point, but the juniper cream sauce for my taste was a bit too tired. The bark soup and the black forest cup (an iceball, a few sour cherries and some cream) as dessert were ok, for a star menu, but quite modest. The price for the espresso is quite ambitious at 4.50 euros, but probably the terrace series was included here. The service was good. Although I am a friend of regional and grounded cuisine, without too much taste and everything was also satisfied in everything, price/performance has not convinced me.
Everything just best: atmosphere, ambience, super service, menue. Everything casual and cozy. No criticism Does truly deserve its stars
