To bake a pizza, light and tasty, the dough must first go for several days. This also means that it is better digestible and not like a yeast cum is hard in the stomach. L'Artista prepares his pizzas in the wood stove. It's a must for me. They're expensive. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The premises are small, cozy and clean.
