Gray Tavern - STUDIO CITY

I had dinner at this restaurant with my daughter and her partner. We all enjoyed the food, peaceful ambiance, and overall atmosphere. However, the special cocktail we tried was too lemony and unbalanced.

The bartender was extremely dismissive and clearly bothered when we arrived after a show just 15 minutes before closing time for a quick drink. My husband had a similarly unpleasant experience a few months ago. Having worked in the industry for many years, this behavior is completely unacceptable. Every customer, whether first or last, should be treated with the same level of care and attention. It seems like there is a need for some retraining to take place.

We went to this restaurant for dinner last night before our movie at Universal Studios. Atticus warmly greeted us as soon as we arrived and provided excellent recommendations for dinner. The food was fantastic, incredibly tasty, and the portion sizes were just right. The drinks and live music created a wonderful atmosphere. Atticus's service was top notch, earning him a five-star rating. I will definitely be returning for dinner in the future.

This local spot is fast paced and very comfortable. The back patio seating is designed beautifully. Perfect for an intimate dinner, small groups, or a special event. I love the brunch and the dinner menu appetizers and salads. Good food options for vegetarians. Parking in the area can be tricky, but if you get there before the brunch and dinner rush you can find a spot nearby.
