Front counter help is thin. The drive thru is the main focus.

They have the meat!This ain't no fried up burger, this is meat, like our ancestors deli sliced! There is also breaded and Americanized chicken! Bruh! No ranch though? That's a strike. Fries are the bomb! Mozzarella sticks can be hit or miss. Feeling curious, try that gyro! What country are those from again, Arbeese, or something? Delish! I rang the bell on the way out but didn't check the bag, unfortunately it didn't have all the food in it, so one of the kids went hungry!Dietary restrictions: Think about it, you order the sandwich no bun, that's gluten free baby!Parking: So many spots to park! I tested it, the fastest way outta here is indeed to go out of the plaza's intersection with U.S.1, it's probably the safest option too!Kid-friendliness: Such a sterile and clean environment! Open space, usually empty.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramps and parking spaces on the main entrance!

The woman working the drive-thru on Sunday January 28, 2024 at 2pm is unhinged. She screamed at me at the top of her lungs when I was trying to place a simple order. I decided to just leave as with that behavior being permitted at the front of the house I can only imagine what the rest of the staff is like including the management and therefore cannot trust the food quality.

I went through the drive thru and there was a 5-10 minute wait for the food but I didn't mind. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap meal, medium with curly fries, some fried Mac and cheese balls and a strawberry lemonade. The fries are SO yummy and I would get the wrap again though it seems a little under seasoned. The wrap normally comes with honey mustard but I switched it out for mayo instead. The Mac and cheese balls are AMAZING!!! My only regret is that I didn't get a Large everything. The lemonade is sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet, it's just right. A pleasant meal since I always thought Arby's only had roast beef meals but there are more options than I thought. Yay!!

Stopped for lunch on 11/11/2023 at 11:10. I want to be specific in hopes the owner/management sees this. I know the fast food industry is terrible but when you have a young person who truly doesn't enjoy what he's doing and expresses that displeasure with a terrible attitude and service that reflects poorly on the store, then perhaps he shouldn't be working there. Placed our order that included two large drinks. Young man gave us small cups. When we asked for large, he gave us attitude. No biggie, but when our order came we were missing an order of curly fries. Pointed this out and again attitude but then he basically tossed the curly fries onto the trail, spilling half on the counter. One other person working who didn't appear to be management so no sense bringing this guy's attitude up with her.
