Kings Head - Stroud

Really nice helpful staff, I had to change our booking and that was not a problem for them. no dogs in the inner, but much space in the free with heating. we went on Sunday, they need to book for frying and the portion size was decent and tasted great

We had a Sunday dinner for 4 adults and two children. the portion size was very generous and the meal was first class. I had no better Sunday dinner from home. the bark was tender and perfectly cooked, the bratkartoffels were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. the veg was really well cooked and the engraving was better than made at home. overall this is a fabulous place to eat, the location is wonderful and I will be back.

Great food and really friendly service. We enjoyed our meal that was freshly cooked, during the whole experience we felt very welcome and relaxed.

A group of 11 of us had lunch at The Kings Head on Wednesday 15th December. A warm welcome and lovely service. The food was delicious! We'll be back!

Being redeveloped and decorated so unfortunately no food till Sunday, but still a nice welcome in s good pub.
