Fresh Healthy Cafe - Strathcona

We've been here a few times and it is a unique, unassuming place tucked in a corner of a parking lot. I love the breakfast wrap which is always served very hot! Everything seems very fresh.

I stopped by as I had some business close by & wanted a quick bite. The girl behind the counter was young but very pleasant. I had a Chicken Caesar Panini which was bigger than I expected and delicious and a Kale/Pinapple Smoothie.Service was fast and friendly and some of the artwork on the walls was cool. Definitely will try this place again next time I'm in the area.

While waiting for an appointment I decided to try this Cafe for breakfast. Service was friendly, food was prepared well and had great flavour. Had a Americano coffee that was also prepared at par with the big chain stores. In all I had no complaints.

I have been here a couple of times and not been impressed wither time. The food (lettuce) was fine - healthy and fresh - just not much taste. This last time I had a Mediterranean wrap and a bowl of the Thai Chicken soup. The wrap was bland and tasteless - they were out of olives (not a big deal but they might have added flavour) and the feta cheese had absolutely no flavour. Supposed to have tzatziki on it but I couldn't find any. All I tasted was lettuce and the wrap. The salad was plain and the dressing plain. The only saving grace was the soup - tasty and full of flavour. Will not be rushing back again.

I have gone here lots when I use to live in the area. The wait was a while to order but it is worth the wait. Its not just a clever name the food is fresh and healthy. I ordered a half chicken cesar wrap, thai soup and a smoothie. It was $15 but it was good. The soup was very hot and took a while to cool down but i jave reordered this soup lots and it will not disappoint.
