Chipotle Mexican Grill - Stratham

IT IS FILTHY. I am sad to report this and hoped it would change after I went a couple of months ago. No, it is worse. There is corn imbedded in the drink area near the checkout. The food serving bins are covered with film as if they have not been changed all day. It is nasty. The floor is truly filled with debris of food. They are clearly not cleaning regularly through the day. This kind of filth is an invite for vermin not to mention bugs and bacteria. I wish I could say better things as I love the chain. This location is a disaster.

The food is good but the dining area is dirty. I was in the restaurant a few weeks ago and noticed that the dining area and restroom needed work. I figured they just may have been busy and didn't get to it. I was in there today (7/13), it's still a mess. Things need a good wipe down, order counter, tables, and drink station. I ended up getting it to go.

It's Chipotle... the food is generally fresh and consistent with other locations. I've never been disappointed by a meal from here. I will typically order a burrito bowl for someone with a gluten allergy. Chipotle has a standard protocol to avoid cross contamination for gluten allergies. The staff is pretty good about this, some slip-ups here and there, but generally they know what to do. The managers have always been very good about ensuring protocol when they are around.

Slow, slow and kinda dirty! The surface where they slide your order down the counter to the one at the register was covered in pieces of rice and other forms of sauce, or juice from previous orders. This space should be a priority to be constantly be kept clean! What about those with a food allergy? The tables too! All the ones I noticed as I stood in line were wiped but, whatever was spilled on them prior seemed to just be spread around for the most part. Two visits at two different locations, both had bad practices and poor service! ?????????

Looks like they hired enough people to make this place work smoothly! (This was not the case in the past) I've been twice recently and both times service was good and wait times short. Update: the hygiene isn't great. The tables are usually dirty and the person making food didn't change gloves between customers or even bother to prevent large chunks of stuff I didn't ask for from getting into my food.
