Collado - Stratford

I already made a review but this is my favorite place for food, I recommend the pork and rice and beans.

Definitely not any cultures traditional potato salad. I wish they would list the ingredients because I never heard of multi colored peppers randomly sliced, carrots and potatoes and what ever kind of mayo/sauce that was but it was unexpected to say the least

Authentic Caribbean cruisin...like my Abuela and mySelf...see I'm a chef. The talk of the Town. Prices too deep by the pound..makes you wonder How much is a pound of there Rice... Beans...Chicken stew...Ripe Bananas...Beef stew...etc. That's myproblem Not knowing ahead how much I can afford for a Lunch... Typically $9-12 Not $24

Place has a great coffee machine but No One knows how to make coffee. What a Joke. Do not come here for coffee!!!!!¡

I've been coming every week since I started working locally. This place has amazing food, an incredible staff and is immaculate inside. I highly recommend to anyone, not only if you're in the area... worth a drive!
