Mcdonald's - Strasburg

The restaurant has a great parking lot, perfect for doing a dog rescue transport swap and enjoying delicious food while waiting for the next transporter to arrive. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5 for both the take-out food and overall service. The atmosphere also scored a perfect 5.

The newly refurbished McDonald's at the Thruway stop is a modern and updated location. While the convenience of ordering food at a kiosk is appreciated, some patrons may miss the human interaction of placing their order with a person. The restaurant's layout, specifically the placement of tables near air ducts, may lead to napkins and other items being blown off the table. This design flaw is unrelated to McDonald's and more of a Thruway rest stop issue.

I was hoping that the coffee at McDonald's would be the same quality in both Canada and the USA. Unfortunately, the coffee I was served here was weak and too hot. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

McDonalds Breakfast- I ordered 4 sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins. 3 of which had eggshell in them. Teach the “employees” how to crack eggs, please. It’s not very hard to do. Either they are incompetent (no surprise), or just don’t give a (F). They’re making way too much money, maybe it’s time for people to prove themselves before making 15 dollars an hour again? I will not be returning to this halfway house for food again. I’ll take my business across the street to Burger King.
