Tea Rooms At Barberstown Castle

Excellent experience based on good solid fare service and venue. No camouflage. Beautiful comfortable setting.

My family recently visited the Garden Room for lunch and we all enjoyed a delicious variety of tapas, including cured meats, Moroccan lamb, seafood, and chicken skewers. There was something unique for everyone to enjoy, paired with a glass of chilled pinot grigio. We definitely plan on visiting again.

My wife and I tried a few dishes for an afternoon lunch. The chowder was stuffed with salmon and other fish. The chicken bbq skewers were cooked perfectly. The sweet potatoe chips were tasty. The cheese board was surprisingly good. The blue and some type of comte were particularly good. The service was excellent. We'll be back for a sit down meal. Thanks

I live in Straffan and have visited Barberstown Castle for various events over the years, always enjoying my time there. Currently, they are offering a fantastic variety of small plates that are perfect for sharing with others. My family and I had a wonderful dining experience, with the staff being very welcoming and attentive. The grounds of the castle have matured beautifully and are worth exploring after your meal, especially in good weather. I highly recommend Barberstown Castle for business meetings, catching up with friends, and family gatherings. I will definitely be returning again in the future.
