Highly recommend! I called first to make sure we had room to park our trailer coming home from the coast. The manager was super friendly and told me exactly where to go to have plenty of room to park. We had 17 people in our party and they got us food and seated within 20 minutes. The food was delicious! Country cooking from the hot table that my husband got and no complaints! I got one of the burgers and it was honestly probably the best burger I’ve ever had! The restaurant itself reminded me of my great-great grandparents! Super cute and brought back lots of memories! Can’t wait to stop here again in the future! EAT HERE! You will not be disappointed! Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy and the manager checked all of the bread and bun bag labels to make sure there wasn’t any allergens Kid-friendliness: Super accommodating to my starving 3 year old, let her have her mac and cheese first before her grilled cheese came out of the kitchen.

This is a gem in SE Texas. Great food and fantastic service! Had the meatloaf and beef tips with potatoes, greens, Mac and cheese, cornbread and bread pudding for dessert! Mmmmmm good! Gonna have their chicken next time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
