Papa Johns Pizza - Stow

What happened to the quality at Papa Johns, Stow, OH? We placed an order on the evening of 1/3/24 and it showed up with the wrong ingredients, normally we would have just eaten the pizza but the crust was so thin, wet, and flimsy that you couldn 't even pick the piece of pizza up without it folding in half and the ingredients falling off. I called the store, asked for the manager, the girl who answered the phone said she was the acting manager . I explained our pizza was missing ingredients and how thin the crust was. She was very rude and said she could send a new one out or credit our next order. I asked if I could send her pics so she could see what I was referring to? I also asked if something was wrong with the crust tonight and she said NO . So I said, ok then send a new one out. It showed up with even thinner, flimsier, wetter crust then the first one, if that was even possible. No more Papa Johns disgusting.

We haven't actually had Papa John's in such a long time. It was quick and good quality with very friendly service!

Ordered for the first time in a while last night, pizza was absolutely garbage. The wings were like sponges.

We have tried ordering from this location many times this year for our family of 4 pizza Friday. They get orders wrong constantly. Order bone in wings? They will deliver bonless with the incorrect sauce sloppily poured over it. It looks disgusting and lazy. When I called to make sure my order was made correctly, the person on the phone acted like I didn't speak the same language. Frustrated that every single time they get stuff wrong and can't follow simple directions.

It was good but they put the cheese on top of the ingredients. The normally don't do that. I prefer cheese then ingredients.
