Beautiful place, large customer service. the constant supply with tee with our afternoon tee bought a holiday home loaf to house.

Used a Groupon offer and took my daughter and youngest grandchild for a cream tea. Never been before so we found parking difficult. You can park near the shop but only for an hour before you have to move. We asked the owner and he told us that there 's a tesco car park around the corner. Beautiful cupcakes on show in the window. Sandwiches were nice and fresh. As other have reviewed it seems they do these as a 'set ' selection. Liked the white/brown bread sandwich idea. Grandson picked the Cupcake with a mini donought on. He loved it. We had a black forest cup cake, OMG! Cake was so light and well made, practically melted in mouth. Fab flavour. Selection of cupcakes plus mini, cut up cakes, scones with jam and cream. Tea/coffee. Old fashioned crockery, lovely. It was quirky and I really liked it. As others have said too, place was cold. I sat next to a radiator and was still cold. Other than that, we had a lovely morning out and left with full tummies and wishing we could eat more cupcakes!

I give this restaurant a 5-star rating because the cake we had was delicious and fantastic. However, I felt that the staff wasn't very friendly; they didn’t seem welcoming or appreciative when we were asked to pay. As a business owner myself, I understand the challenges of working with the public, and while it can be tough, I believe good customer service is important. On a positive note, my son really enjoyed the cupcakes, so we will definitely visit again.

My daughter suggested I try Mama n Co Kuchen last Christmas, and I finally went there with a friend. It was just perfect! We enjoyed tea for two, a delightful selection of sandwiches, delicious cakes and creams, and of course, coffee. The service was fantastic as well. We'll definitely be back!

I treated my lovely friend to afternoon tea today, and we had a wonderful time together. The atmosphere was beautiful, complete with vintage decor. The staff was incredibly attentive, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. While the sandwiches were simple, they were still enjoyable, and the cupcakes were absolutely fantastic. We left feeling very satisfied. – Michelle Lee
