I went here about 2 months ago, so I went in person to buy some tacos , when I saw they had birra tacos so I asked if they were fully beef or mixed meat as it is not stated one the menu usually they are beef) . So I asked worker there if they were fully beef and he said yes they were . So then I bought some and ATE them . So 2-3 days later I went back and got them again as I thought they were fully beef , until I went home and saw that they were INFACT THEY HAD PORK IN THEM , and the problem about that is that I don’t eat pork because of partially religious reasons and personal reasons/ beliefs. So I went back to the place and asked for a simple refund as the food was not eaten at all and also because I was told by a worker that the tacos did not have pork in them. BUT they did not want to refund me and the other employee that was there and heard the interaction the time before said as an excuse that the employee I talked to was a new employee there but they heard the conversation but didn’t even correct the person. Then they lied saying that they couldn’t give me a refund as the manager’s card was not there and then after 5-10 minutes of me insisting that I didn’t want other food or those tacos at all. Only then did the employee I was talking to asked if I really wanted a refund when I said yes they finally went to the back to get the card “ that wasn’t there” but in fact was so basically she lied and tried to cover up her lie after. Pretty nice place, but my food, steak fajitas had very fatty steak. The service was very good and the atmosphere was okay. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
