Starbucks - Stony Plain

Edited for update (2022): Did I mention I was excited they opened in Stony Plain? Well, I was so excited that now they know me as well as my husband by face and name. I absolutely adore the folks here! A few times someone new and in training makes my coffee and messes it up slightly, but they have ALWAYS made it right again. I have mobility issues and one time my coffee was not good. I also had a migraine. One of the employees (Sharon) brought me the replacement coffee! Now THAT is dedication and love! I made sure to let corporate know what a gem they have there. I am quite particular about good quality customer service. I also believe customers should give what they?d like to receive. I have never had any issues here in that way. The customer service has been superb! Bravo for great management/ownership! ??? Original Review: I was so thrilled when this location opened; and now that it?s been here a while, I am still just as excited about this location. The orders come accurate, the employees are very nice a great place all in all! The one suggestion I would make is to make sure employees do not bag together cold/cool items with hot items (such as cake pops and hot breakfast sandwiches). Other than this one thing happening a few times, I have had no issues. Thank you!

Great people working here. Always quick and super friendly staff. Always a joy going here in the mornings for my coffee before I head to work.

BEST Starbucks in the Edmonton area! Shout out to Shauna and Ashley at this location. They are wonderful and make this a great place to come!

I love this place. This is the best Starbucks ever. They don?t skimp on my drinks and get them right. They ask questions and clarify if unsure. They are awesome!

Very kind lady at the window suggested a very delicious drink as a substitute as they were out of the usual. Great recommendation
