New Red Pepper Cafe - Stony Plain

The staff was extremely friendly and not aggressive. The food was fantastic and fresh. I will definitely be ordering from here again. They currently do not offer dine-in service, but they are working on it.

I cannot rate the atmosphere of the restaurant as they are under construction. When I pulled up in front of the restaurant to pick up, someone immediately came out to my car with my food and her payment machine. This was unexpected and I loved the service! I ordered a combination plate. I was able to do a substitution with a minimal fee. The food was very good! I will order from this restaurant again.

We had a hankering for Chinese food and have yet to find our favourite place in Stony Plain. After reading the reviews we thought we would try the Red Pepper Cafe so we called in our order for pickup. When my son got home with the food he said, and I quote “I sure hope this Chinese food is good because that was the nicest lady… I would go back just to see her!”After eating our takeout I can confidently say, we’ve found our new favourite Chinese food restaurant! The food was delicious and plentiful… and we have lots of leftovers.

I called multiple times to place an order with any success…they didn’t even call me back! Please pay someone to answer the phone and take orders!!!!!

I recently called the restaurant to place a food order and received very poor treatment. When I asked about certain dishes, I was rudely told, "I'm busy... I don't have time for this," before being abruptly hung up on. I felt insulted by the interaction. Due to my gluten allergy, I wanted to confirm that I could safely eat the dishes, but I was not able to get the information I needed. I was not impressed with the customer service and will not be returning to the restaurant.
