Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Stony Plain

I've been visiting this DQ for over a year now and it's always been good quality food served in a reasonable amount of time. The ice cream cakes and Blizzards have always been great. But the 1/2 lb Flamethrower Burgers are my favorite! They're a meal on their own without ordering a combo :

Celiac friendly for a few desserts only. You can have buster bars, fudge sundaes, plain ice cream. Dilly bars in the box are ok I think if they’re made off site That’s about it.

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!! DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED FROM YOUR MONEY!!! Me and my mom had just gotten blizzards there and they didn 't put ANY of the ingredients in them. Mom went and complained about it and they said it was just mixed in really good, it 's okay . She got something that was supposed to have chocolate CHUNKS in it and there was barely chocolate crumbs in it. I got the new Reeses PB cup pie and there 's maybe 3 chunks of the reeses cup and barely any of the graham to say there was any in it. For 15 dollars for these, we both expected to have what was advertised and NOT vanilla ice cream with basically what just appears to be flavoring. We even observed one of the girls take the proper spoonfuls of the ingredients but then POUR HALF BACKIN THE STORAGE CONTAINER. They never offered ANY compensation or something, just completely blew us off. WASTE OF MONEY!!! NEVER GOING BACK!! And if anyone else was smart, they wouldn 't go to this location either!!

I asked for a blue car on the cake and was pleasantly surprised by the fine details it had. My son loved it, thank you!

Very disappointed with the service received at this location. There was a major language barrier at the drive thru and after repeating myself numerous times and thinking we finally got the order correct. Found out it wasn't and then they struggled to go figure out what went wrong with my order. Yet again language barriers created an issue. When I bringing up language being a potential issue the employee accused me of being a not very nice word. I choose to not repeat this word. After being attacked with such a hurtful word I decided to end the conversation with the employee. Was definitely not satisfied with the customer service. Not going to even mention the quality of food as the customer service was bad enough to deter me from going back there again.
