Bidrage med feedbackThe woman working the drive thru had to ask multiple times both at the drive thru and at the window, gave us burned coffee, was joking about how she dropped our food and had us waiting for almost 20 minutes. Even after she remade the food we still didn’t get the right food that we ordered. We tried to call to see if we could get a refund and no one answered the phone
I came here driving from New York to Massachusetts, food and drinks are amazing, atmosphere is quite nice, unfortunately the service isn’t very friendly. Frowning and grumpy cashier demanding me to pay as quickly as possible. I didn’t appreciate that.Wheelchair accessibility: Door and ramp are wheelchair accessible. Also accessible restroom.
Accidentally didn 't know my coffee switched from hot to iced upon receiving I apologized asked for it to be hot the kind girl in drive thru asked me to pull around then proceeded to come outside stating her MANAGER Who apparently lacks customer service said I would have to reorder a new coffee as she apologized she stated she wanted to make it but manager refused!!! The kind woman behind in the drive thru was just doing her job this is no reflection on her!! I 've been using this DD last few weeks always had a good experience till now. Employers You NEED TO GET PEOPLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SO YOU DONT LOOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
Coffee is fine but the reason to stop at this particular one is the employees. Always friendly and considerate. They make my day. Every day. I hope the owner reads this and passes it along.
This has been the only Dunks to actually cook the bacon crispy when I ask for it. Most look like it's raw. Only 4 stars because they missed the cheese.
