I'm just annoyed they refused to serve me at the drive through because I don't have a car they wouldn't even speak to me but the store is closed for repairs.
I went to Pick up an order, I deliver on Uber Eats, the service was Horrible, terrible customer service, the staff was rude and Disrespectful, Terrible service. I don't know what bad experiences they have had before, but it is still no excuse to treat those of us who are working poorly.
Too racist treatment by the employees, if they don't like their job they shouldn't be in those positions
While Whataburger is my favorite burger place due to its friendly staff and prompt service, my recent experience at the drive-thru was disappointing. George, the cashier, was notably rude, displaying impatience and disrespect. This behavior was unexpected and detracted from the usual positive aspects of dining at Whataburger.
