Always had a positive experience and good food. Occasionally missing chips or items when getting take out but we always check.

I order a sandwich bitting into my sandwich I found piece of long hair in my sandwich, that is disgusting.

Standard good Schkotzky ' 's food. Nice staff. Clean restaurant.

I went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered a small deluxe original. Instead I got a medium roast beef. I wish I could say this was the first time this had happened but this schlotzsky's has messed up my order at least half the time I go through the drive-thru. I love the food here but I wish they would get it together.

I was the only customer in the drive thru and was told to hold on for a few minutes before my order was taken, then it took a while to receive my food. When I got to the window it really looked like there was only 1 person in the restaurant working at the time and I felt more bad for him than anything. But unfortunately, my child’s grilled cheese was visibly burnt and hard as a rock, my original sandwich tasted different than Schlotzsky’s usually does (I even kept opening it to look and see if maybe they forgot something? , and when I ordered I made sure he verified they had sweet raspberry tea (some locations have not had it recently, only unsweet and when I got home it was in fact unsweet. Honestly feel these things are more of a problem with training and management than the employee. But this location was disappointing.
