This Pilot Flying J location deserves a five star rating. I spent 12 hours here, and had a great experience. The staff, especially Mayra, were welcoming and helpful. The restrooms and showers were clean and everything felt fresh. Even in the morning, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The parking may be a bit challenging, but there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, this is a great place to stop and I appreciate the hard work of the staff. The fuel station was well-kept and easy to use. I will definitely be returning to this location. Congratulations to Pilot Flying J for providing a great experience.

This restaurant is engaging in false advertising by charging customers $3.00 more than the price listed on the shelf tag for a certain item, and they refuse to honor the lower price. This is price gouging and false advertising. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment. The employees are disrespectful, with bad attitudes, which reflects poorly on the company.
