The person that was working at the register was extremely rude. He was out of line and very impatient. When we order he got the wrong size and when we ask them about it he was out of line yelling. Never would go to that place again.

The staff was rude to each other in front of customers. When I received the sandwiches, they were not bagged for a to go. I mentioned to go and she slung a bag at me to pack myself and walked off.

Did Jimmy John’s remove “freaky fast” from their advertising motto?

Customer service was good I didn’t see a lot of staff working. I ordered a #9 unwhich and it was good. I don’t understand how the points system works for the loyalty program in go there once a week and never get any free items. Overall 4

I forgot abt my phone call settings not taking caller IDs I dont know so I missed when the delivery guy got there. was totally my fault but delivery person was nice about it!
