Bidrage med feedbackPlaced my order through the mobile app and when I arrived, the cashier said they cant do my order. I asked for a refund but was told to come back tomorrow morning. No sense of urgency from staff and they had no desire to help me!
I love the food here, it's very good for fast food, but they really need more staff for overnight. I understand that this tends to be a lower margin time period (especially in San Antonio), but very frequently there will be only one person in the whole building both to take orders and cook the food—simultaneously! If there's any line whatsoever it will take 20+ minutes to get through because of this, and I've waited 40+min before. I can't really blame the workers because that's a lot on one's plate if things get busy, and it's pretty clear to tell they're doing the best they can. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people decide to find somewhere else to eat just because of how long it takes to get the food at night, at least via the drive through. I want to be clear: I believe this to be a management/staffing issue, not an employee productivity issue. Don't know anything about the way the place runs though so I won't speculate further. Also sometimes the tacos are pretty soggy with grease. Still edible tho (that's the only reason I took off a star on the food rating)
