Papa John's Pizza - Stone Mountain

Always on time with delivery sometimes early. Pizza is still hot and tastes good.

The extraditions for this store in my area don't knock at your door or ring your doorbell. It happened several times, and I called the manager, and he's got an equal attitude. I will not order food from this store again!!!

Man, if I couldn't give stars to this place. I put an order at 1015 and it was canceled 5 minutes later. No phone call or email, why. I finally called the store, and I was 15 minutes after the young lady in my hand to look for a canceled order. It is really sad that you can get?t a simple pepperoni pizza delivered less than 4 miles away. Customer service is just terrible. And this is just one of the three bad experiences I had? my delivery company.?

He was waiting for a pizza delivery hour. When it comes to his wrong pizza. The whole order for a refund for bad customer service. Manager at the service did not seem to care and tells me that he has many customers, so loosing you did not hurt. I stopped calling this place because of the problems in the past. That confirms I'm not calling again.

Pizza tracker said pizza was ready ten minutes ago....gets to papa John's and it's still a 15 minute wait...rude customer service all employees had mask under their chin and no gloves. I promise I will never shop here again!!!!
