Ihop - Stone Mountain

Witnessed the manager make a young lady (waitress) weep this was after I watched him verbally attack a customer and the waitress, had to give the waitress a hug, I would hate to work there and I will not return who knows he could tip on me.

IHop really picked up his feet. I am a frequent diner and I really begin to see some positive changes in this business. Staff look good, the service is better, the food is hot and it tastes really good. I'll be back soon.

My neighbor and I went to Ihop on Memorial Drive. Renee was gone today. A person brought us to a table. We sat there a reasonable time and nobody waited for us. Two others came from us and immediately got water. We went to Picadilly Cafeteria. We'll never go back to ihop if Renee doesn't work.

Omelet was hot and tasted super. the regular pancakes were dry and hard. should improve if they get more help.

The Male manager is very unpleasant, the way he conducts business is very unprofessional. I sat near the kitchen with my wife and kids and all you can hear is him yelling at the employees. I dont usually make reviews but this is unacceptable conditions to work in. Someone needs to look into this more
