Potbank Cafe Works Canteen

Service absolutely terrible, visited on Wednesday morning march, left waiting outside in rain, my mother is disabled, was finally admitted, said someone would be short with us, was left waiting, we felt invisible, so we went, disgusting!

I came as part of the ceramic biennial that was great. Although I have visited the spode site many times, I have never been in the caffe. really disappointing, totally overpriced and terrible service. there were some people in there, so not busy, but. I waited for a piece of cake while almost more employees than customers had a good chat. the cake was dry and much too sweet. will be back to support spode and the biennial, but not this place.

The service and eating were excellent. it was a Wednesday night. they had a good system on site and place because of covid, which worked very well. of course it would go again.

Wonderful, wonderful day. private dining room, waiter excellent, but eating. was brilliant, could not mistake it. many thanks for making a special day even better

I live nearby and have visited this restaurant numerous times. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious! I highly recommend it.
